Our Favorite Recipes:
a)Add to your dry cup: a teaspoon
of bulk Mate de Coca Tea; a teaspoon of raw cocoa(chocolate)powder; Poor
in hot spring water; Stir in honey & coconut cream (from Trader
Joe's) & maybe a little "coconut milk" (Trader Joes) for cooling.
The pulp settles to the bottom and is frankly too valuable to waist... This will out perform coffee any day;) ***Don't
forget that tea on the bottom...swirl around the last liquid in the cup
to mix up the coca pulp...that's were all those lovely vitamins and
alkaloids are waiting... This works wonders for digestive cleansing
weight loss and/or extra coca power...don't waist a drop;)
(Note: This is a very strong botanical and is best to start with
just a teaspoon or less. It will hit the blood stream in about 15 to 30
minutes...if you took more then suitable you will be excessively
excited! Consuming small quantities throughout the day works best...as

b) First thing AM, mix a teaspoon or 2 of Mate De Coca powder in an 8
oz shaker jar with 100% grapefruit juice, shake vigorously and "shoot"
